Add Borax, washing soda, and a bar of unscented Castile soap to a large container. Put the cap on the container, and shake it well to combine the ingredients.
Add one-third cup of homemade detergent to your laundry load. Use your regular machine wash and rinse cycle and dry your clothes as normal.
Vinegar is another option for people with sensitive skin. Cleaning baby clothes in vinegar will not harm the skin of those with sensitive skin, and it will also eliminate odors and stains.

Pour the nuts into a large pot, and then add the water. Turn on the medium heat, and bring the mixture up to a rolling boil for about 30 minutes. Watch the liquid to make sure it doesn’t boil over.
